JBCN International School, Borivali took a pioneering step with the launch of Svasthi Conclave. This first-of-its-kind initiative brought together over 50 school leaders from across Mumbai. Recognising that true leadership begins with the well-being of the mind, body, and soul, the school created a unique platform dedicated not to learners or educators, but to the principals & senior management teams. Principals from various schools such as Podar International School, Oberoi International School, Children’s Academy Group of Schools, etc. were present at the event.

The event featured an impressive lineup of eminent speakers, including renowned Indian mythologist and author Mr. Devdutt Pattanaik, distinguished psychiatrist Dr. Harish Shetty, Professor of Organizational Behaviour Dr. Keith D’Souza, former Mayo College Director Lt. Gen. Surendar Kulkarni, and health technologist Mr. Nicolas D’Souza. Their expert insights paved the way for transformative conversations on holistic well-being and the impact of self-care in leadership.
