- TalentSprint introduces the launch of the 6th cohort of its Women Engineers Programme, supported by Google
TalentSprint is offering a 2-year programme to 200 selected first-year women engineering students a 100 per cent scholarship covering programme fees and a cash scholarship of Rs 100,000. The programme aims to empower these students to become world-class software engineers, democratising access to quality education and premium career opportunities.
The Women Engineers Programme supports women in engineering. It offers financial assistance and unique opportunities to empower women engineers. Students receive mentorship programmes, bootcamps, networking events and potential career opportunities. The programme aims to help young women engineers build a strong foundation for their future tech careers.
Google has been a part of the WE programme since its inception, aligning with its mission to empower and involve women in technology through targeted initiatives. The WE programme provides transformative opportunities for young women students aspiring for impactful tech careers.

The programme has impacted over 950 students from 100,000 applicants in five previous cohorts, resulting in a self-sustaining community of women engineers. The last date to apply for Cohort 6 is 18th of January 2024.
