Career Launcher Signs MoU with SSB Sandiksha to Expand Education Access for SSB Families

Career Launcher Educate Limited, one of India’s leading competitive exam training and career guidance organisations, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SSB Sandiksha (Sashastra Seema Bal Welfare and Empowerment Association), the welfare arm of the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) under the Ministry of Home Affairs. Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) personnel and their families are called “Sandiksha”, also known as the SSB wives’ welfare association, which supports community initiatives and skill development on behalf of SSB. The partnership seeks to create structured academic, career-oriented, and skill-building opportunities for SSB personnel and their families across India.

As part of the collaboration, SSB families will receive a 25% fee concession on Career Launcher’s long- and short-term academic programmes, while wards and families of SSB Bravehearts who made the supreme sacrifice will be offered a 100% fee waiver. These measures are designed to ease financial constraints and ensure continuity in learning, particularly for students and women. By bringing together SSB Sandiksha’s grassroots welfare initiatives and Career Launcher’s expertise in structured pedagogy, competitive exam preparation, academic mentoring, and career planning, the partnership aims to create meaningful and sustainable learning pathways for the community.

Commenting on the partnership, Ms. Sujatha Kshirsagar, President & CEO, Career Launcher, said, “Education plays a decisive role in shaping not just careers but life outcomes, especially for families that serve the nation under demanding conditions. Through this partnership, we are focusing on structured academic mentoring, exam preparedness, and informed career decision-making so that learners are supported at every critical stage, from foundational learning to career transitions. Our goal is to translate potential into preparedness through consistent, guided learning.”

Ms. Kavita Singhal, President, SSB Sandiksha, added, “SSB families often navigate frequent transfers, challenging environments, and limited access to consistent educational support. This association strengthens our ability to provide continuity, direction, and skill-oriented opportunities for students and women within our community. By combining welfare outreach with professional academic guidance, we can better support families as they plan for education, livelihoods, and long-term stability.”

Under the MoU, the collaboration will focus on academic support programmes, guided learning modules, career readiness and student development pathways, skill-building initiatives for women, and holistic wellbeing support tailored to the needs of SSB families. The initiative is designed to support both immediate educational requirements and long-term personal and professional growth.

This partnership underscores a shared commitment to strengthening the ecosystem that supports India’s security forces through education, empowerment, and community development. By nurturing aspiration and capability among SSB families, Career Launcher and SSB Sandiksha aim to create a lasting impact beyond the classroom.
