23rd Graduation Day at East Point College of Engineering and Technology, Bangalore

East Point College of Engineering and Technology (EPCET), Bangalore, celebrated its 23rd Graduation Day Ceremony where 465 students graduated with flying colors. The graduates, who completed their studies in various engineering streams, were felicitated during the ceremony.  The event was a culmination of the hard work, dedication and commitment shown by the students, faculty and staff of the institute.

The event was graced by the Hon’ble Higher Education Minister, Government of Karnataka, Dr. M.C. Sudhakar, who served as the Chief Guest and delivered the convocation address. He inspired the graduating batch to be visionary and to develop strong knowledge and communication skills. He also commended the institute for its efforts in importing quality education to the students and preparing them to face the challenges of the modern world.  Hon’ble Minister further encouraged the budding engineers to utilize their critical thinking, consciousness and innovative ideas to build a vibrant nation through innovations in science and technology.  

The event was presided over by Smt. Ramadevi Venkatpathi, Chairperson of East Point Group of Institutions (EPGI), who delivered a heartfelt message congratulating the graduates and wishing them success in their future endeavors.

Mr. Pramod Gowda and Mr. Rajiv Gowda, CEOs of EPGI, expressed their pride in the student’s accomplishments and emphasized the institutions commitment to excellence in education.  Mr. Peter Francis, Secretary of EPGI and Prof. Ashok Herur, Director of Academics, also shared words of encouragement.

Dr. Yogesh, G S, Vice Principal of EPCET, extended a warm welcome to all the guests and highlighted the institution’s achievements and academic progress. Heads of Departments, faculty members, staff, students and parents witnessed the momentous occasion. The ceremony concluded with the vote of thanks and the national anthem, marking the end of a memorable and inspiring day for the EPCET community.
