Kelley School of Business joins hands with Microsoft to Power Global Case Competition

The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University is thrilled to announce that they are partnering with Microsoft for its ongoing MSIS Global Case Competition. This collaboration marks a significant step forward in preparing the next generation of business leaders to tackle complex challenges in an AI-driven world by giving participants access to AI tools in developing their case solution.

With the registration deadline approaching on August 24th, 2024, students worldwide are invited to showcase their problem-solving skills by developing innovative solutions to real-world business challenges. By leveraging Microsoft’s cutting-edge technology, including Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365, participants will gain hands-on experience with the tools shaping the future of business.

“Partnering with Microsoft is a testament to our commitment to providing students with experiential learning opportunities that bridge the gap between academia and industry,” said Professor Bipin Prabhakar, Faculty Chairperson, Information Systems Graduate Programs, Kelley School of Business. “By combining the power of Kelley’s business acumen with AI enabled platform capabilities, we aim to cultivate a new generation of leaders who are equipped to drive digital transformation.”

The competition will challenge participants to collaborate and innovate while solving complex business problems. Mentorship from industry experts will enhance the learning experience. The competition comprises two rounds, culminating in a final round in New Delhi on September 22nd, 2024. Winners will receive cash prizes and scholarships.

– First Place: $1,500 team prize and $5,000 scholarship per person

– Second Place: $1,000 team prize and $4,000 scholarship per person

– Third Place: $500 team prize and $3,000 scholarship per person

– All Finalists: $1,000 scholarship per person

The Kelley MSIS Global Case Competition is open to students worldwide, offering a platform to showcase their talent and compete for significant prizes and scholarships. The competition is expected to attract top talent and foster a global community of innovators.
