- Amity University Uttar Pradesh’s Noida campus signs MoU with Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan, aimed at fostering academic collaboration and creating employment opportunities for Indian talent
Amity University Uttar Pradesh Noida campus signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ibaraki Prefecture, with the aim to provide training and employment opportunities to talented human resources from India in the Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan. A team from Ikabari Prefecture led by Kazuhiko Oigawa, Governor, Ibaraki Prefecture, comprising of Masayoshi Ohtake, Director General Department of Industrial Strategy; Michinari Masuda, Director, Employment Opportunity Promotion Section Labor Affairs Division; Yohei Ichisawa, Staff, Employment Opportunity Promotion Section Labor Affairs Division, along with members from Sekisho Corporation Japan, visited Amity University Uttar Pradesh for the MoU Signing Ceremony.
W. Selvamurthy, President Amity Science, Technology and Innovation Foundation (ASTIF) presented an overview of Amity University Research Initiatives on this occasion and an interaction between the students studying Japanese language at Amity and the officials from Ibaraki Prefecture was also held.
Also present during the MoU Signing Ceremony were Anjani Bhatnagar, Deputy Director Amity Technical placement Centre, HOIs and senior faculty members of Amity.
