MAHE Bengaluru Campus Conducts Orientation Ceremony for UG Batch

  • Various departments at MAHE Bengaluru including School of Life Science, Institute of Technology (MIT), Department of Commerce (DOC), Department of Liberal Arts etc conducted their respective orientation sessions

Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Bengaluru Campus, welcomed its latest cohort of undergraduate students pursuing LLB (Hons.), B.Tech, B.Com, B.A, B.Voc and BBA with an orientation ceremony held from July 22nd to August 16th, 2023.

Prof. (Dr.) Madhu Veeraraghavan, Pro Vice-Chancellor, Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Bengaluru Campus, said “We stand at the threshold of an exhilarating journey with our new cohort of talented students. The orientation ceremony serves as a pivotal starting point in their academic voyage. We empower these students with the knowledge and unveil their innate potential, fostering an environment that nurtures holistic growth and moulds them into future leaders.”

Over the ensuing weeks, various departments at MAHE Bengaluru including Manipal School of Life Science (MLS), Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT), Department of Commerce (DOC), Department of Liberal Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences (DLHS), Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design and Technology, Department of Public Policy (DPP) and Manipal Institute of Regenerative Medicine (MIRM), .

These sessions encompassed interactive dialogues between Heads of Departments, faculty members, students and parents, providing a comprehensive understanding of the academic environment. Guided campus tours were organised to familiarise the students with their new surroundings. The MAHE Bengaluru Orientation Ceremony 2023 witnessed a remarkable turnout of 2000 plus students.

As the orientation ceremony for UG students culminated on August 16th, 2023, the campus is buzzed with the excitement and energy of the new students who are now ready to embark on their educational voyage.
