IIM Sirmaur has introduced two Executive MBA programmes aimed at enhancing the skills of executives. These two-year hybrid programmes, the Executive MBA and the Executive MBA in Digital Transformation and Analytics, have been designed to provide participants with a strategic understanding of business operations.
They aim to empower aspiring leaders by honing their decision-making, managerial abilities, and cross-functional competencies.
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50 percent marks or equivalent CGPA, along with at least three years of full-time work experience.
These programs offer professionals a pathway to develop exceptional competencies and implement advanced business analytics and modern practices for achieving sustainable growth. Notably, working individuals can enhance their qualifications without interrupting their current employment commitments, as emphasised by Prafulla Y Agnihotri, the Director of IIM Sirmaur.
The curriculum encompasses diverse teaching methods such as discussions, case analysis, project assignments, term papers, role-play scenarios, seminars and management simulations. The Executive MBA program covers a wide array of subjects including operations, marketing, finance, strategy and human resources. On the other hand, the Executive MBA in Digital Transformation and Analytics equips learners with the skills to utilise data and emerging technologies to foster sustainable growth within their organizations.
Conducted through an advanced Interactive Learning (IL) platform, the program includes two on-campus modules to provide hands-on experience, fostering interaction with faculty members and industry experts.
The Executive MBA suits professionals with 5-10 years of experience, including mid-to-senior-level managers, entrepreneurs, business owners and those aspiring for C-Suite positions. Meanwhile, the Executive MBA in Digital Transformation and Analytics is pertinent for individuals in technology teams, startup and tech leadership roles, as well as business-technology consultants.
