Dr Rashmi Singh, IAS, Commissioner, State Taxes Department, Jammu and Kashmir, Government of India addressed the challenges faced by women and the need to break free from gender stereotypes. She emphasised the importance of Women’s Lead Development, a concept championed by Narendra Modi. encouraged participants to challenge stereotypes, embrace diversity and actively support initiatives that promote gender equality.
