Zamit, a leading education platform committed to fostering future readiness, has successfully concluded two impactful workshops, “Empowering Educators: Fostering Student Resilience” and “Interview Skills Workshop,” aimed at equipping both students, job seekers and educators with essential skills to thrive in today’s fast-evolving educational landscape.
The first session, “Empowering Educators: Fostering Student Resilience”, focused on helping teachers build resilience among students, create supportive classroom environments, and cultivate growth mindsets to guide learners in overcoming challenges. Another session, “Interview Skills Workshop”, catered to Grade 11 & 12 students, higher education learners, and job seekers, offering practical strategies to boost confidence, master interview techniques, and secure university placements or career opportunities.
Together, these initiatives offered participants actionable insights, spanning emotional strength, adaptability, critical thinking, and interview preparedness, ensuring holistic future readiness and reinforcing Zamit’s mission to empower both students and educators to thrive in a dynamic educational ecosystem.
Both workshops were facilitated by Anez Katre, Director Projects and Support at Zamit, who brings over 25 years of expertise in training and professional development across India and Nepal. With more than 15 years as Head of Training at The Doon School, Dehradun, and extensive experience in social-emotional learning, student mentorship, and mental well-being, Anez delivered highly engaging, hands-on sessions that inspired both students and educators.
