KL Deemed to be University, with campuses in Andhra Pradesh and Hyderabad, proudly announced its exceptional achievements at the EduSkills Conclave & Awards 2025, held from 17th to 19th September at Shimla. The prestigious conclave, supported by the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell, AICTE, the National Internship Portal and others, brought together leading universities and industry partners to recognize excellence in digital skilling and innovation.
The most notable recognition for the University was securing All India Rank 4 in the EduSkills Virtual Internship Rankings 2025 (University Category). The ranking, based on student participation in Cohorts 10, 11, and 12 of the EduSkills Virtual Internship Program conducted between October 2024 and May 2025, highlights its consistent leadership in building a digital workforce for tomorrow.
Both campuses—Andhra Pradesh and KLH Hyderabad, Telangana—were also conferred the title of Best Performing University – 2025 (South–Central Zone), reaffirming their collective role in driving future-ready education across the region.
Further strengthening its position, the University received the Best Performing Institute Awards in the EduSkills Academy, Juniper, and Microchip Internship domains, along with the AI Skilling Excellence Award – 2025 for its pioneering role in advancing AI-based skilling and shaping future digital leaders. It also earned global recognition through Centers of Excellence certifications from Juniper Networks for an AI–Driven Campus and from Microchip for its Embedded Systems Developer Center, which serve as hubs for industry collaboration, advanced technologies, and hands-on training.
The conclave also recognized individual leadership and service excellence from the University. Dr. Akella Ramakrishna, Principal of KLH Hyderabad Campus, was presented with the Principal Excellence Award – 2025 for his outstanding contributions to student development and academic innovation. Mr. P. V. Vara Prasad, EduSkills CoE Coordinator (SPOC), received the 5 Years of Service Award – 2025, acknowledging his continuous dedication in coordinating EduSkills programs and expanding opportunities for students.
Adding to the institutional recognition, KLH University was honored with the Institution Partner Award – 2025 for its invaluable partnership and contribution to the success of the EduSkills Annual Conclave 2025.
On this occasion, Chancellor Er.
