Sanskriti University has once again demonstrated its commitment to shaping successful futures by hosting its “Biggest Ever Mega Job Fair,” an event that brought together more than 100 leading companies and created a wave of new opportunities for young aspirants. Over the two-day event, recruiters conducted around 2,500 interviews, resulting in approximately 1,500 students receiving offer letters or being shortlisted for the next round of interviews.
Throughout the event, as interview results were being announced on the second day, new lines of eager candidates kept forming. The high turnout even sparked suggestions from both students and recruiters to extend the duration of the fair in the future. Dr. Sachin Gupta, Chancellor of Sanskriti University, shared that the true success of the job fair was not measured by numbers alone but by fulfilling the dreams of each individual student, especially those who had grown disheartened in their job search. Dr. Rajesh Gupta, Pro-Chancellor , echoed this sentiment, noting that seeing the happiness on students’ faces was a reward beyond measure.
The job fair received glowing praise from company representatives for its seamless organization and warm hospitality. HR leaders from top companies including Yokohama Tyres, Just Dial, Teleperformance, Tech Mahindra, Samta Research, RK Business Group, JTEKT, and JBM Group highlighted the exceptional arrangements made by the university and the dedicated support provided by student volunteers and the placement cell.
In total, the event featured participation from well-known brands like Milkmore, Lenskart, Tech Mahindra, Teleperformance, RK Group, New Allenberry Works, Job Seeker, Yokohama, and Haldiram’s, among others. For many students, it proved to be a life-changing opportunity. Sanju, a student from Delhi University, secured a role with Yokohama Tyres and described the fair as exceeding his expectations. Shiva Rawat, selected by RK Group, appreciated the chance to interview with multiple companies under one roof. Rahul Upadhyay from another degree college was offered a position by Tech Mahindra, calling the event “a golden opportunity.” Similarly, Devashish Singh and Shri Gopal Singh, also chosen by Tech Mahindra, spoke of the fair’s positive environment and the encouragement they felt throughout.
Students like Sahil, who secured a role in research and analysis, praised Sanskriti University for not just showing dreams but helping realize them. Others, like Gopal Dhankar, chosen by Teleperformance, highlighted how the university’s efforts have earned respect across the education sector. The joy and gratitude of the successful candidates—Hemant, Himanshu, Kunal Gautam, and many more—reflected the fair’s profound impact.
By creating such a large-scale, student-centric platform, Sanskriti University has once again underscored its mission: not merely to educate, but to empower students with real opportunities that pave the way for bright professional futures. Prof. (Dr.) M. B. Chetti, Vice Chancellor of Sanskriti University, commended the collaborative efforts of faculty, staff, recruiters, and students in making the event a resounding success and reaffirmed the university’s dedication to holistic student development.
