IIM Calcutta, Emeritus launch Online Programme on Mastering Storytelling for Leadership Communication & Influence

The Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM Calcutta) and Emeritus have launched a 20-week online programme on Mastering Storytelling for Leadership Communication and Influence. The course is for mid-to-senior level professionals who are seeking to enhance their executive presence, work on their leadership communication, and elevate their brand. The programme also benefits roles in marketing, consulting, public speaking, HR, and DEI.

The programme is set to commence on September 30, 2025, and will run for 20 weeks. Delivered in an online format, it is priced at Rs 1.50 lakh plus GST. Eligible candidates include graduates or diploma holders (10+2+3) and postgraduates from any discipline. Upon completing the programme with a minimum grade of 65 per cent, participants will be awarded a certificate of completion from IIM Calcutta.

This programme offers flexible learning experience made for working professionals, combining pre-recorded lectures by the IIM Calcutta faculty, one live faculty session, and four expert-led masterclasses.

Participants will engage in case-based learning, cohort discussions, and a faculty-guided capstone project focused on real-world strategic storytelling challenges. The programme incorporates practical use cases and case studies from globally recognised brands such as Nike, Dabur, and Netflix, along with examples like Super Bowl storytelling and the Marvel Cinematic Universe to illustrate narrative-driven brand engagement, campaign storytelling, and audience connection at scale.
