Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna (CIMP) hosted its Alumni Meet-2025, “Raahain,” bringing together former students, current batches, and esteemed faculty in a vibrant celebration of memories, mentorship, and legacy. The event, held on campus, starter with a heartfelt tribute to the institute’s brilliant alumni and a special commemoration for those who are no longer with us: Amrita Kumari (Batch 2010–2012), Chandra Singh (Batch 2014–2016), Abhinav Ranjan (Batch 2017–2019), and Saurav Raj (Batch 2020–2022).
The day commenced with an inspiring welcome address by the Prof. (Dr.) Rana Singh, Director of CIMP, who expressed deep gratitude to his predecessor for laying a strong foundation and acknowledged the continuing contributions of alumni. He emphasized the invaluable role of alumni guidance for the current students, championing the spirit of sharing experiences and wisdom across generations.
The Chief Administrative Officer, Shri Kumod Kumar, outlined recent advancements within CIMP and introduced the “Abhinav Ranjan Scholarship” aimed at supporting meritorious students. Prof. Vibhas Kumar, Chairperson of Placement, showcased current placement statistics, discussed future placement prospects, and highlighted the critical role alumni play in furthering student opportunities and success.
Following the address, the audience was delighted by the heartfelt performances of students from CIMP, an organization whose talent drew enthusiastic applause. The vibrant ambience grew further as the “Beautiful Minds” brought energy that encouraged others to join the celebrations.
Groovy dance routines and soulful musical performances by the present students added charm to the day, transforming it into a joyous blend of nostalgia and festivity. Alumni shared their rich experiences and stories, turning the gathering into a true homecoming. All participating Alumni, students, and team members were recognized and felicitated for their outstanding contributions to the event’s success.
The Alumni Meet concluded with renewed bonds, heartfelt gratitude, and a shared commitment to nurturing and strengthening the CIMP alumni network for generations ahead. The Event was graced by all the faculty and staff members of the CIMP team. The day drew to a close with a gracious Vote of Thanks delivered by Prof. Nitish Nigam, Coordinator of the Alumni Committee.
