XLRI Delhi-NCR held its 4th Annual Convocation Ceremony, marking a significant milestone in the institute’s journey to shape responsible and future-ready leaders. The event was presided over by Mr. Bhargav Dasgupta, Vice President ( Market Solutions), Asian Development Bank, Manila, as the Chief Guest who delivered the convocation address. As a special highlight of the ceremony, Vice Chairman Fr. S. George presented the prestigious Fr. E. Abraham Medal for Management & Industrial Development to Mr. Dasgupta in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the field.
A total of 221 students received their diplomas at the convocation ceremony – 178 from the Post Graduate Diploma in Management – Business Management (PGDM-BM) and 43 from the Post Graduate Diploma in Management – Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Venture Development (PGDM-IEV). The solemn ceremony was held at the XLRI Delhi-NCR campus in Jhajjar, Haryana, in the presence of distinguished faculty, staff and families of the graduating students.
Delivering the convocation address, Mr. Dasgupta emphasized the role of responsible leadership and innovation in shaping the future of businesses and societies. He encouraged the graduates to remain rooted in values while embracing change, disruption and global opportunities.

XLRI Delhi-NCR continues to build on its legacy of academic excellence and industry relevance. This year, the placement season witnessed remarkable success with 591 students across both campuses participating in the recruitment process. Over 172 recruiters extended more than 600 domestic and 2 international offers. Prestigious firms from consulting, BFSI, FMCG, technology, and e-commerce sectors actively participated, while 34.17% of the cohort received Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs), reflecting the growing trust of industry leaders in the institute’s talent pool.
As part of the convocation proceedings, outstanding students were recognized for their academic excellence and holistic development. From the PGDM-BM batch, Ishaan Shekhar received the XLRI Delhi-NCR Medal for Best All-round Student, while Divija Maddela was awarded the Medal for Highest CQPI among Women Students. The Medal for Highest CQPI – BM was conferred upon Arpan Roy. From the PGDM-IEV cohort, Akash Subramanian was honoured as the Best All-round Student, and Sree Manjari Gumireddy received the Medal for Highest CQPI – IEV. These awards reflect the institute’s commitment to nurturing academic rigor and leadership potential across disciplines.
