BHU launches 22 SWAYAM Courses for January 2025 Session

The Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has launched 22 SWAYAM courses for the January 2025 session. Dr Ashutosh Mohan the coordinator, of BHU SWAYAM, said the diverse set of courses has been curated by focusing on both contemporary and traditional academic themes.

With durations ranging from 4 to 12 weeks, the courses cater to students, professionals, and lifelong learners alike, he added in the press release.

The courses range from a large range of fields including Indian Knowledge Systems, finance and law, agriculture, tourism, culture studies, machine learning, and life skills among others.

The duration of the courses, set to start from January 20, varies from 1 month to three months. Exams for the courses will be conducted in April 2025. Enrolment may be done through the link. Candidates can visit the official website and register.

SWAYAM, a flagship initiative by the Government of India aims to provide free access to high-quality education. The platform offers an inclusive, interactive, and flexible mode of learning for students, professionals, and educators.

The objective of this effort is to take the best teaching and learning resources to all, including the most disadvantaged, by bridging the digital divide for students.
