Strate School of Design India proudly announces outstanding placement results for its graduating class of 2024, achieving the highest package of ₹14 LPA, with 100% of students of the passing batch from both the Integrated and Master’s Programs placed. Additionally, the school has recorded an impressive 100% internship placement rate for its Bachelor’s Program, thereby further establishing itself as one of the leading design education institutions in India.
“We are thrilled with this year’s performance of our students,” says Thomas Dal, Dean of the Strate School of Design India. “The great placements, including a high ₹14 LPA package, along with our perfect internship placement rate underline the fast-growing demand from industries for our talented graduates. It simply reflects the hard work of our students and the relationships we have built strongly over time with industry leaders.”
With the final placements for the Class of 2024, students have secured offers from firms like Greaves Mobility, Harman, Volkswagen, Euler, Larsen & Toubro, Buy My EV, Deloitte, UST Moonraft, Feetwings, Maruti Suzuki and Renault. Also, one student has secured an international offer with Volkswagen Mexico, which is testimony to the fact that opportunities around the globe are available for the students at Strate. The school further reiterated its status with an average package of ₹7.8 LPA and a median of ₹8 LPA, thus continuing to set higher benchmarks for lucrative career paths that the graduating batches embark on.
“Our mission is to make sure that every student becomes industry-ready upon graduation,” Dal added. “Seeing our students secure multiple offers from renowned recruiters just reaffirms the right deliveries of quality education, which we have been committed to, aligned with the evolving requirements of the design and technology sectors.”
Besides good final placements, Strate School of Design India has achieved a 100% placement record in internships for the 3-year Bachelor’s Program. For this year, there were 29 recruiters with a total of 38 internship offers, and the highest stipend was ₹35,000 per month. Among the top recruiters were Tata Elxsi, Foley Designs, Wrogn, Ether Design, Bang Design, Studio 701, Decathlon, and Ather Energy. These 4 to 6 months of mandatory internships, which are required for the students in order to graduate, provide field exposure and give students an opportunity to implement their design skills in reality.
“Our internship program is an integral part of the learning process,” Dal said. “It gives our students the chance to be in the professional world and prepares them for hitting the ground running once they graduate. The achievement of securing 100% internship placement success rate this year certainly is indicative of just how much value companies place on our students’ capabilities.”
Strate School of Design India continues to work hard in successfully equipping its students with the right skillset, experience, and industry networking to take their rightful places within the design fraternity, which is a very competitive job space.
