NMIMS School Of Law Unveils B.A., LL.B. and B.B.A., LL.B. Programs for 2024-25

The orientation program of the Kirit P. Mehta School of Law (SOL) under the aegis of SVKM’s NMIMS marks a significant milestone in the landscape of legal education in India. The grand opening ceremony was attended by esteemed academicians, legal luminaries, and aspiring law students.

The event commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp, followed by the Sarasvati Vandana and the NMIMS Anthem, setting a solemn and inspiring tone for the event. Dr. Durgambini Patel, Dean of the Kirit P. Mehta School of Law, introduced the institution, emphasizing its commitment to providing quality legal education to meet the evolving challenges of the legal profession.

The keynote address by Dr. Adv Uday Prakash Warunjikar, Vice Chairman of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, provided valuable insights into the contemporary legal landscape. He underscored the critical role of legal professionals in navigating the complexities of India’s socio-political and economic integration into the global order.

The Deeksharambh was followed by an orientation program for the newly admitted students, providing them with a comprehensive overview of the curriculum, faculty, and the school’s infrastructure. Sessions on anti-ragging and POSH were also conducted to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.
