- BITS School of Management has signed a MoU with the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business (USC Marshall), aiming to exchange of visiting scholars for conducting research and a possibility of graduate student exchange
The partnership aims to enhance academic and research cooperation between the two institutes through visiting scholars, graduate student exchange and discussions on establishing a Dual Degree Programme, leading to an MBA from BITSoM and a specialised STEM MS degree from USC Marshall shortly.
“BITSoM aims to provide the world’s best management education to students, focusing on exposure to global contexts and diverse cultures. A partnership with USC’s Marshall School of Business aims to build a deep and productive relationship, with students eagerly anticipating learning from USC Marshall scholars and faculty”, Dr Saravanan Kesavan, Dean and Professor of Operations, BITSoM, said.
“USC Marshall and BITSoM are forming a crucial partnership to advance knowledge and academic collaboration in Management research, aiming to prepare future leaders for the complex global economy, as USC Marshall is a global business education leader”, Dr Geoffrey Garrett, Dean, USC Marshall School of Business and Member of the BITSoM Governing Council, said.
BITSoM is celebrating its third Foundation Day on the 28th of January, welcoming three diverse MBA cohorts in the past three years. The MBA Class of 2024-26 is receiving strong responses, with interview shortlists being declared on a rolling basis. Aspirants can apply by the Round 2 deadline on the 28th of January 2024.
