- SAI International Residential School celebrated its 6th Founder’s Day with an athletic meet, on the theme ‘Dashavatar’
The 6th Founder’s Day at SAI International Residential School concluded with a cultural event, academic excellence awards, parent-teacher meetings and English and science project exhibitions.
The school’s ‘Dashavatar’ theme, deeply connected to Indian mythology and philosophy, symbolises the ten incarnations of Lord Vishnu. Classes IV to XII students brought this theme to life through an expressive dance drama.
The Chief Guest, Brijesh Kumar Rai, DIG and Additional Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar, inaugurated the Sports Meet at SIRS, emphasising the importance of sports in a student’s life. The event included track and field events, aerobics and yoga drills at the Grand Sports stadium.
Houda El Aisati, a Moroccan basketball player, graced the Sports Meet, fostering sportsmanship and camaraderie.
The second day of the celebrations they featured a meeting between parents and teachers, English and science project exhibitions, a cultural programme, Founder’s Trophy and academic excellence awards, showcasing children’s achievements.
