XLRI Achieves 100 Per Cent Placements for 2023-25 Batch

  • The top 5 percent, top 10 percent, top 25 percent, and top 50 percent of students obtained average stipends of RS 2.35 LPM, RS 2.27 LPM, RS 2.12 LPM, and RS 1.86 LPM, respectively

Xavier School of Management (XLRI) Jamshedpur has secured 100 per cent placements for its 2023-25 batch across its flagship two-year programs, Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management. The placement process involved the largest-ever batch in the institute’s history, featuring 591 students from both the Jamshedpur and Delhi-NCR campuses.

These students collectively received 604 offers from 139 companies, which included 63 new recruiters across various domains like Consulting, Finance, Sales & Marketing, General Management, Product Management, Operations, Analytics and Human Resources, among others.

The placements reflected the high quality of talent at XLRI, with the institute achieving an average stipend of RS 1.41 lakhs per month (LPM) and a median stipend of RS 1.5 LPM. The highest stipend offered was RS 3.5 LPM, provided by the BFSI sector.

The top 5 percent, top 10 percent, top 25 percent, and top 50 percent of students obtained average stipends of RS 2.35 LPM, RS 2.27 LPM, RS 2.12 LPM, and RS 1.86 LPM, respectively. Remarkably, 84 per cent of all offers exceeded RS 1 LPM, with 52 per cent of them surpassing RS 1.5 LPM.

Fr. S George S.J, Director of XLRI, expressed his gratitude to the recruiters and highlighted the unwavering commitment of the students. Prof A. Kanagaraj, Chair of Placement Affairs at XLRI, praised the diversity and talent at XLRI, which attracted a substantial number of first-time recruiters.

The FMCG, Management & Advisory Consulting, and BFSI sectors led the placements. Prominent recruiters included Accenture Strategy, Amazon, Asian Paints, Bajaj Auto, Boston Consulting Group, HDFC Bank, HUL, ICICI Bank, Ola Cabs, Procter & Gamble and Tata Steel.
