Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) has announced that it will publish the initial provisional merit lists for admission to postgraduate programmes for the academic year 2023-24 on August 17. The application process is currently underway and will end on August 10.
The pre-enrolment registration and fee payment will take place from August 18 to August 21. Subsequently, the second merit list will be published on August 25, with the pre-enrolment registration and fee payment for seat blocking and supernumerary seats taking place from August 25 to 28.
JNU authorities will conduct physical verification of admission and registration for selected candidates on September 5, 6, 8, 13, and 13. The final merit list will be released on September 19.
The admission process will conclude on September 29, 2023. The university is considering admissions based on the CUET (PG)-2023 score, with the examination conducted by the NTA.
JNU has been ranked as the second-best university by the NIRF.
